WHO WE ARE

Steve started Heinlen-Follmer in 1973 after graduating from The Ohio State University and working for a local construction company. He is married to Kendra, who owns The Morgan House, a retail store and restaurant in Dublin, and has lived in Dublin since 1975. Steve has 4 children and 10 grandchildren and has as much fun playing with his grandchildren as he does building and remodeling houses. His vision was to create a home building company that not only crafted exceptional residences, but also develop a process that would allow the client to be truly involved in the decision making and construction of their home.

Todd joined Heinlen-Follmer in 1997 after a 5 year career with Worthington Industries. He is married to Steve and Kendra’s oldest, Heather; they live in Powell and have two of the ten grandchildren. Todd has a marketing degree from Miami University and has always had a passion for architecture and construction.
